As a Site Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Construction Supervision Lead, you will lead site supervision activities, ensuring I&C installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting the customer and leading a multidisciplinary team.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the I&C construction supervision team.
  • Oversee I&C installation, construction, and testing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and interface with the customer and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance.
  • Review technical documentation, procedures, and contractor deliverables.
  • Manage resources and support multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to project execution plans and quality standards.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineering.
  • 10+ years of nuclear power plant construction supervision experience.
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear electrical and I&C codes and standards.
  • Proven experience leading multicultural teams.
  • Strong construction oversight and technical review skills.
  • Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in I&C systems and construction practices.

Special Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
  • Fluent English; Russian is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on site.
