Could you be the full-time Site Industrial Quality Manager in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh we’re looking for?


Your role as Industrial Quality Manager

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
  • You'll play a key role in driving a zero-defect culture and ensuring the highest industrial quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Industrialization, Testing, Supply Chain, EHS, Projects, Sourcing, Finance), lead the APSYS improvement plan for the Industrial Quality function, and much more.
  • You’ll specifically take care of managing site IQ activities, including budget, people, process, and performance, but also ensure the digitalization of controls and processes using innovations.

  • Education: Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, or related field
  • Experience 17 to 22 years of quality function from railyway or heavy manufacturing industries, managing a team of 25 members
  • Proficient in PST, 8D, and QRQC quality tools.
  • Railway industry knowledge and technical mastery of railway products preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, and other quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and disciplined execution.
  • International mindset with fluency in English.
  • Able to work in a matrix organization with resilience under pressure.
  • Agile, inclusive, responsible, and collaborative team-oriented mindset.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading APSYS improvement plans for the Industrial Quality function
  • Implementing and ensuring quality control systems through regular Process FMEA, Control Plan, and Quality Control Plan reviews
  • Driving a zero-defect culture on the shop floor with a focus on special processes
  • Performing analysis to improve industrial quality performance at the site level
  • Escalating and ensuring effective treatment of anomalies detected on production lines
  • Supporting decision-making for Hand Overs (GO/NO GO) and exercising NO GO veto rights when necessary
  • Leading quality animation methodology deployment aligned with continuous improvement systems
  • Managing and developing the industrial quality team through training and qualification plans
  • Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators and continuous improvement activities
