At Hitachi Energy, you will help ensure the safe delivery of one of the largest HVDC projects in the Netherlands. As a Site HSE Manager, you guide all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on a busy construction site. You support safe work practices, coach teams, and help create a strong safety culture.
This role places you in the center of a high‑profile project that supports the energy transition. You work closely with the Site Manager, the global HVDC HSE team, subcontractors, and client representatives. You will set up HSE processes, improve site practices, and ensure all activities follow Dutch law and company standards.
You will develop your leadership skills through direct engagement with workers, supervisors, and project teams. You will help solve real site challenges, guide incident investigations, and influence safe behaviors every day. This is a site‑based position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
