Job Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for employees’ HR questions — from contracts to company policies and everything in between.
• Help your colleagues or connect them with the right expert when needed.
• Manage employee data and keep our HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, YouServe, Xtremis) accurate and up to date.
• Support smooth onboarding and offboarding processes — making every start and finish seamless.
• Play a key role in tracking important HR info like attendance and staffing reports.
• Drive projects that improve how we work, making HR services smarter and faster.
• Help bring our HR calendar events to life — think team initiatives, trainings, and more.
• Bring your energy, ideas, and positive vibe to build a fun and friendly workplace.

Job Qualifications

  • You’ve got at least an MBO-4 diploma in HRM, payroll, or similar.
  • You know your way around HR admin and support roles.
  • Experience in a big international company? That’s a plus!
  • Fluent in Dutch and English — both speaking and writing.
  • Tech-savvy with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Independent, but also a team player who loves collaborating.
  • A “can-do” attitude that thrives on challenges.
  • Available 32- 40 hours a week on site.
