The Role
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with local regulations. The HR Manager will foster a positive work environment and promote corporate values, manage cooperation with Trade Union, HR tools/systems and services providers, and universities.
