Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at the Sikkim site, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time product delivery, while driving operational excellence and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
Execute production plans aligned with business strategy
Ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) product delivery
Drive productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with CGMP and regulatory requirements
Oversee QMS, validations, audits, and approvals of key documents
Manage deviations, OOS/OOT, complaints, and CAPA effectiveness
Regulatory & Audit
Lead internal/external audits and inspections
Maintain Site Master File and validation systems
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
Enhance cost efficiency and operational performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Supply Chain, QA/QC, R&D, Finance, and Procurement
Ensure seamless technology transfer and supply continuity
Plant & Resource Management
Oversee EHS, plant hygiene, and manufacturing environment
Manage OPEX/CAPEX, inventory, and infrastructure
People Leadership
Lead site leadership team and ensure capability building
Drive engagement, training, and effective manpower utilization
