Job Title : Site Foreman Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Construction Gender: Male Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Pakistani & Bangladeshi Gulf Experience: Required Working Hours: 9 Hours Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law / company policy Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary : We are seeking experienced Site Foreman to join a reputable construction and facilities maintenance client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, coordinating daily construction activities, monitoring workmanship, and ensuring assigned work is completed safely and according to project requirements. Candidates must have previous Gulf construction experience and practical knowledge of site operations, manpower supervision, and construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction and site activities. Allocate duties and monitor workers' performance. Coordinate masons, plumbers and other site workers. Ensure work is completed according to drawings, instructions and required standards. Monitor daily progress and report to the Site Engineer/Project Supervisor. Check workmanship and identify defects requiring correction. Coordinate materials, tools and manpower requirements. Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials. Maintain site discipline and productivity. Enforce health and safety requirements. Support inspections and completion of assigned work within deadlines. Maintain an organised and safe worksite. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Foreman in construction. Previous Gulf experience is mandatory. Good knowledge of general construction and civil works. Experience supervising construction workers and tradesmen. Ability to understand site drawings and instructions. Good manpower planning and task allocation skills. Strong knowledge of workmanship and quality standards. Basic understanding of site safety requirements. Good communication and leadership skills. Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi candidates preferred. Male candidates. Site Foreman – Screening Questions How many years of construction experience do you have?
