Job Description

Terrain group is looking for an experienced landscaping or excavation professional who enjoys leading by example? We're looking for a Site Foreman to lead our field crews while remaining actively involved in the work. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise daily operations, operate equipment, mentor crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

If you're a strong leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty, we'd love to hear from you.

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain stages of our recruitment process. All hiring decisions are made by people, not AI. This posting is intended to identify qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

The Site Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day execution of landscaping and excavation projects in the field. Reporting to the Project Supervisor, you'll lead and coordinate the crew, assign daily tasks, operate heavy equipment, and work alongside your team to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards.

This is a working leadership position—not a supervisory role from the sidelines. You'll be expected to actively contribute in the field while providing guidance, coaching, and support to your crew.
