About the Role

We are seeking an energised and detail-oriented professional to join our Site Finance Business Partnering Team. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and proactive problem solver, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence financial and operational decision-making across the operation, including;

• Partnering with operational leaders to provide financial insights on cost drivers, operational performance, and business risks, supporting informed decision-making and delivering actionable recommendations to improve performance
• Supporting month-end close processes and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Being a key contributor to the preparation and delivery of budgets and forecasts
• Supporting capital expenditure requests providing financial analysis and fixed asset management
• Driving continuous improvement across the finance processes, systems and reporting

Based on site at our Greenbushes Lithium Operation, the role is Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour week roster. While preference is given to locally based candidates, camp accommodation is available for Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) employees.

About the Candidate:

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally within mining or a processing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• The ability to prioritise, with a strong attention to detail and analytical capability
• A passion for continuous improvement and a pro-active approach to understand business drivers and improve financial outcomes
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; with modelling and financial analysis experience preferred
