Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Site Facility Manager to take ownership of integrated facility management at our Lachen production site.

In this role, you will ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our infrastructure while supporting uninterrupted business operations and future growth.

You will act as a key partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving operational excellence, compliance, and innovation across all facility-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate integrated facility management across production, logistics, and office areas
  • Ensure high standards in safety, security, sustainability, and cost effectiveness
  • Maintain facilities at a state-of-the-art level to support business continuity
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems
  • Manage operations including:
  • Coordinate construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects
  • Manage external service providers, including contracting, SLAs, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Production, Procurement, Finance)
  • Act as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and external partners
  • Lead CAPEX and facility-related investment projects
  • Drive innovation and implement future-ready, cost-efficient solutions
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ATEX, ISO 14001, AEO, SOX and other regulatory requirements
  • Support crisis management and risk mitigation
  • Manage and control facility and utility budgets
  • Manage operations including:

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree (BSc or higher)
  • 5+ years in facility management within production environments
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, and compliance
  • Experience in project and vendor management
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Analytical, hands-on, and solution-oriented
