Your Opportunity

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a dynamic Site Facilitator to join our team based in Newcastle, NSW!

This is a great opportunity that will see you travelling onsite to visit our customers and replenish vending machines, so if you love being out on the road dealing with clients face to face this is the role for you!

What You'll be Doing:

  • Source and discuss the best product and service mix to meet our clients needs, identifying price, stock availability, product alternatives and expected delivery time
  • Maintain all store functions and inventory management systems
  • Review and manage inventory range to ensure stocking requirements meet company KPI requirements
  • Responsible for the delivery of inventory solutions at customer sites in partnership with Blackwoods’ stakeholders
  • Support after hours requirements as requested by customer, in consultation and authorised by the supervisor/manager
  • Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation

What You'll Bring:

  • Willingness to travel, with regular site visits a requirement out to customer locations
  • Ability to work autonomously, on site unloading and filling vending machines
  • Customer focused service skills, with good verbal and written communication
  • Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Full unrestricted drivers licence valid in Australia essential
