Essential Responsibilities
Lead site strategy, operations, and financial performance:Translate enterprise priorities, client commitments, and contractual requirements into executable plans, milestones, performance targets, and accountable workstreams. Own the site-level P&L, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, variance management, and corrective actions needed to achieve financial and operational goals.
Drive end-to-end revenue cycle and technology-enabled performance:Oversee front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle operations; establish and interpret KPIs; quantify and prioritize business cases; and use data, technology, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable client value, return on investment, and sustainable results.
Serve as the senior client partner and delivery leader:Build trusted executive relationships, act as the primary escalation point, and communicate results, risks, progress, and recovery plans with transparency. Coordinate internal functions, technology teams, vendors, and consulting partners to meet commitments, resolve issues, strengthen satisfaction, and protect client reference ability.
Build organizational capability and lead change:Recruit, develop, coach, and retainhigh-performing consulting and operational teams; clarify priorities and accountability; remove barriers; and lead communication, training, stakeholder readiness, and adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a management or senior leadership role.
Broad, end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle experience across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end results, with the ability to assess dependencies, performance drivers, and business impact.
Demonstrated accountability for a P&L, budget, financial forecast, or comparable business performance portfolio.
Proven success as a senior client-facing leader who can influence executives, manage escalations, and translate strategy and contractual commitments into delivered results.
Education Level
Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $220,000.00 - $311,256.23 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 30.00%
