Job Description

Audubon is currently seeking a Site Equipment Tracker to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Equipment Tracker will manage a system of tracking equipment onsite from arrival to installation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform tasks of keeping records, scanning paperwork, and filing paperwork when equipment arrives at the site.
  • Make the key parties responsible when and where the equipment is placed in the facility or onsite.
  • Able to manage PO, invoices, and quotes for equipment and material in an organized manner.
  • Be able to produce easy access to all the equipment inventory onsite, with details on which plan and system it belongs to.
  • Knowledge of computer systems to operate, print, and manage spreadsheets.
  • Ensures that materials and equipment received at the project site are properly inspected, marked, and identified.
  • Investigation and resolution of invoice discrepancies & P.O’s Close out.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

  • All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
  • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Four years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Must be able to obtain site & Safety training certifications required for the project.
  • Construction safety practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and HSE guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train others on proper work and safety procedures.
  • Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
