As a Site Equipment Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of maximizing equipment value across a diverse operational landscape. Leveraging your Oil & Gas equipment knowledge, you’ll strategically manage surplus inventory, influence asset utilization and sales, and drive innovative solutions that enhance both operational and commercial performance.

  • Job location: Calgary, Alberta *

  • Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts
  • Safety sensitive position: Yes

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of surplus equipment and materials, transforming underutilized assets into value-driving opportunities across CNRL’s operations
  • Partner with business units to identify, assess, and track surplus assets, ensuring visibility and effective decision-making
  • Drive asset optimization strategies by facilitating internal redeployment and enabling external sales
  • Collaborate in project planning and forecasting to align surplus equipment with upcoming business needs and maximize utilization
  • Build and leverage a strong external network of buyers, brokers, and industry contacts to expand market reach and optimize asset recovery
  • Execute asset transfers and sales with precision, ensuring logistics coordination, compliance with company processes, and accurate reporting

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Oil and gas equipment knowledge and 10+ years of industry experience
  • Strong sales skills (including lead generation and negotiation)
  • Strong collaboration skills and customer service experience focused on external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to influence others to move the sales opportunity forward and get it across the finish line
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPIM) are a plus
