The role is based in Haverhill, United Kingdom (on-site role). Where You'll Make a Difference

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function.
• Maintain EHS records, training documentation, compliance data and department databases.
• Coordinate Health & Safety training activities and occupational health appointments.
• Support the reporting, tracking and follow-up of incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
• Prepare EHS reports, presentations and performance metrics for site leadership.
• Participate in workplace inspections, audits and risk assessment activities across the manufacturing site.
• Work closely with employees, contractors and managers to promote a positive safety culture.
• Coordinate waste management activities and maintain environmental compliance records.
• Spend time within the production environment to understand operations and support practical EHS improvements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or operational support role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in Environmental, Health & Safety and workplace compliance.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with multiple systems and databases.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn, take ownership, apply analytical thinking and continuously develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently, make objective decisions, remain resilient under pressure and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Previous experience supporting Health & Safety, Quality, Manufacturing or Compliance activities.
• Awareness of Environmental, Health & Safety legislation, auditing or risk management processes.
• IOSH Working Safely or similar Health & Safety training or certification.
