As the Engineering Manager for Veolia's Woodlawn Eco-Precinct, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing engineering solutions to support the site's operational development plans. You will manage and coordinate all engineering functions across the Eco-Precinct businesses to ensure productivity and alignment.1
Your core responsibilities will include ensuring the quality and achieving optimal production outcomes across key environmental and operational activities, such as:
Landfilling and waste processing
Leachate management and landfill gas optimisation
Water treatment and mass balances
Furthermore, you will manage the overall site water balance and water management strategy, and oversee the site's electrical and SCADA systems.1
To succeed in this highly rewarding position, you will need a strong background in civil, water, environmental, or equivalent engineering. Your experience in the waste management industry, or in similar sectors such as mining, water treatment, or quarrying, will provide the essential technical, project management, and financial control expertise required
