Responsibilities

• Steer each project from kickoff to commissioning, ensuring it hits the bullseye regarding budget, timeline, quality, and safety.
• Guide onsite managers, keeping them on track and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Bridge the gap between departments, working seamlessly with procurement, accounting, O&M, and engineering.
• Review plans, specs, and calculations with a keen eye, ensuring everything meets the highest standards.
• Spearhead the process, from guiding bids to finding the perfect EPC partner.
• Build strong relationships, keeping clients informed and happy throughout the project journey.
• Create, organize, and maintain all project documents, ensuring nothing gets lost in the solar shuffle.
• Actively participate in internal discussions, sharing project updates, resource needs, and strategic insights.

Requirements:

• Age 27-40 years.
• 5 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrably strong focus on the renewable energy sector, particularly solar.
• Proven leadership skills coupled with a collaborative spirit to drive success toward mutual goals.
• Able to communicate English.
• Ability to work in Southern of Thailand.
