The Role: Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering projects with a focus on high construction standards, safety compliance, and strong client collaboration. Based in Dublin and surrounding areas, this permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to relocate and thrive in a structured yet flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate updates and reports to Project Managers and Senior Site Agents.

• Conduct site surveying and setting out in line with project specifications.

• Manage plant and materials on site to ensure availability and optimal use.

• Monitor and maintain high standards of work quality across all activities.

• Complete site diaries and administrative paperwork diligently and regularly.

• Attend site meetings, identify issues early, and contribute to their resolution.

• Uphold health and safety protocols across the construction site.

• Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

About You

• Holds a relevant qualification in engineering or construction.

• 5+ years of experience in civils, drainage, or utilities (water and electricity).

• Full clean drivers license is essential.

• Confident and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Upholds integrity and confidentiality in all professional matters.
