We are seeking a Site Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in road, highway, and infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities on-site for road, highway, and infrastructure projects
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Monitor project progress and report any delays, issues, or risks
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards (e.g., DPWH)
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and assist in resolving site issues
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in site engineering for road, highway, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
  • Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government (DPWH) projects
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Willingness to be assigned on-site
