Location Cork City
Salary €60,000- €65,000

Overseeing Subcontractors, civil works, and RC frame contractors
This role will involve supervising and monitoring subcontractor work, ensuring quality control, and coordinating site drawings. The successful candidate will also handle setting out for subcontractors on tasks like foundations, floor slabs, blocklaying, and civil works. The role also includes maintaining site records, quality assurance documentation, and working closely with the project team to meet demanding targets.
