Job Description

  • To lead a team for facilities management activities 
  • Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works 
  • Liaising with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs 
  • Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively 
  • Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
  • To carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned 
  • To ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works 
  • To plan and develop the technical officer skills 
  • To assist the Site Manager in liaising with client for all works
  • Prepare monthly report 
  • Analyzation of power consumption
  • Ensure zero accident     
  • Strictly follow the preventive maintenance schedule 
  • Able to take the preventive measures in case of technical problem. 
  • Plan and manage the operation tasks of his shift. 
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the units 
  • Submit monthly summary of staff overtime every end of the month 
  • Plan and manage the supply of necessary consumables, spare-parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) visit. 
  • Strictly follow Engie ethics, health and safety rules. 
  • Follow established policies and those outlined in the client’s house rules. 
  • Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. 
  • Perform any special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined
