Responsibilities Co-ordinate with consultant and subcontractor Identify the required materials and details from the consultant and co-ordinate with contractor for submission and approvals of drawings and construction details Plan and manage site activities Ensure project team is competent to carry out their work and resolve anticipated site problems Liaising with consultant on technical / design and co-ordination issue Identify all discrepancies in the drawings and design and bring to the attention of the Owner / consultant Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat Supervise ongoing site activities closely Quality and time control on site activities
Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): project management, Virtualization, Microsoft Project Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
