ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a critical permanent full time position of influence that requires a high calibre individual with a strong track record of project delivery experience. The role will see you working closely with Engineers & Project Managers on diverse projects across Northern NSW and the Southern Gold Coast areas. You will need to work Autonomously at times and also coordinate internal and external resources.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a methodical individual who has demonstrated delivery experience on all Building works ideally across commercial, retail, defence and education projects. Having good exposure to all other aspects with a focus on investigating project opportunities and efficiencies, analysing claims, conducting site inspections and managing budgets and programmes. Administering Quality, safety and environmental control is required as is daily recording of costs, productivity, programmes and general site maintenance/ management. You will also need to be an accomplished communicator and negotiator able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
