• Job Purpose

  • 전략적·운영적으로 중요한 사이트/기관과 장기적 파트너십 및 관계를 개발·관리·oversight하는 역할

  • LOC에서 GSK와 사이트 사이의 주요 인터페이스로서, 임상시험 환경을 최적화해 고품질 결과를 내도록 지원

• Key Responsibilities

  • PEER Site Network 개발·확장 및 주요 연락 창구 역할

  • 고잠재력 사이트/기관과 파트너십 구축·확장(환자 모집, 데이터/품질, 기술 지원 등)으로 국가 내 GSK 포트폴리오 확대

  • Investigator / 연구 코디네이터 / site leadership과 신뢰 관계 구축 및 유지

  • 사이트/스터디 레벨 병목·리스크를 선제적으로 식별하고 KPI·액션 플랜을 통해 성과 관리 및 enrolment 최적화

  • Feasibility / Clinical Operations / Medical Affairs와 협업해 site placement, activation 타임라인 최적화

  • eConsent, eReg, remote SIVs, EMR 기반 식별·모니터링 등 디지털/중앙화 솔루션 도입을 드라이브

  • 국가 R&D 환경/법규 변화 모니터링 및 혁신적 파트너십 설계

• 자격 요건

  • 최소 학력: 과학 또는 유사 분야 학사 (또는 동등 경험)

  • 최소 경력: 임상연구 운영 5년 이상

  • Drug Development / Clinical Study 프로세스, 전략 사이트 파트너십 구축 경험, 디지털 솔루션에 대한 이해 및 경험, 산업 트렌드 인사이트 등
