📍 Location: Washington, DC

📅 Duration: Full-Time Direct Hire (Initial Project Approximately 2 Years)

Compensation & Schedule

💰 Salary: $75,000-$85,000 Annually

🎯 Bonus Potential: Based on company performance and program growth opportunities

💵 Pay Frequency: Per Company Payroll Schedule

⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | Approximately 40 Hours/Week

📈 Additional Schedule Details: Long-term opportunity with continued project assignments following completion of the current project.

The Site EHS Representative will provide boots-on-the-ground safety support, conduct field observations and inspections, and work directly with project leadership and craft personnel to maintain compliance and strengthen the project's safety culture.

Required Qualifications

✔ OSHA 30 Certification

✔ EM385 Certification

✔ Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification

✔ Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ 3-5 years of construction safety experience

⭐ Federal Construction Experience

⭐ Military Construction Experience

⭐ Data Center Construction Experience

⭐ Commercial Construction Experience

⭐ Bilingual (Spanish) Communication Skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain a strong field presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions
• Conduct and support safety training activities
• Reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel and supervision
• Review work activities and monitor compliance with safety procedures
• Coordinate safety activities with project management and field leadership
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Support implementation and enforcement of company safety policies
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
