Competences requirements

• Knowledge / Qualification
• Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally majoring in Environment, Energy or / and Sustainability.
• Previous Experience (If relevant)
• Environmental experience in different plants, Management exposure is ideal & Energy management and ISO 50001 implementation experience
• Key technical competencies
• Project Management
• English mandatory, other language will be a plus as working in a multi-functional & multi-cultural team
• Influencing skills & good communication
• Management skills & Drive results according to corporate expectations
• Used to work in matrix organization
• Knowledge in HSE & Energy requirements
• Key behavioral competencies
• 9 PO Competencies need to be understood and practice.
