Concordance’s reentry program is designed to dramatically reduce recidivism by helping individuals with justice involvement lead meaningful, abundant, and joyful lives. Our holistic, evidence-based model offers a wide range of services - therapy, case management, yoga, behavioral health and substance use recovery groups, spiritual care, life skills, medical care, education, and job readiness. Each participant is formally supported by our Care Team for a full year, ensuring stability and long-term success. Now operating in Missouri, South Carolina, and Virginia, Concordance is a national leader in compassionate, innovative reentry care.
Site Director
The Site Director is responsible for operations, stakeholder engagement, and community partnerships associated with the Concordance Center, working alongside the Program Director. The Site Director is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all center operations. This includes daily logistics, scheduling, facilities management, staff support, compliance, safety protocols, event execution, and operational problem-solving.
The Site Director ensures consistent operational processes across the Center, maintains high standards for service delivery environments, and creates a hospitable, healing-focused space for participants and staff. The Site Director serves as the primary point of contact for inter-center collaboration and external stakeholders.
This role manages the Site Coordinator. The Site Director partners closely with senior leadership to implement operational strategies, strengthen workflows, partnerships, maintain a high-quality onsite experience, and ensure the program team can deliver high quality services to the participants.
The Site Director reports directly to the EVP, Head of Behavioral Health and Wellness, Community and Life Skills.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This person must be able to sit or stand at a personal computer for typing and reading. This person must be able to see, hear, speak, walk, and sit. Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
