What You’ll be Doing
We are seeking a Site Director - Telco to lead our team at our Mexico City location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all site operations, managing and motivating teams, and ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs). The Site Director will also focus on maintaining customer satisfaction, fostering operational excellence, and collaborating with the leadership team to execute strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be an advocate for TTEC’s values, representing the organization’s commitment to innovation, employee engagement, and meeting client goals.
