职位目标 Job Purpose

  • Provide overall leadership, direction and co-ordination to the plant, maintaining awareness for the need for on-going change and continuous improvement, monitoring performance versus Plan and Update and taking corrective action as necessary to meet targets for output, payroll and operating expenses.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, environmental control and customer service.
  • Ensure the plant produces the highest quality products in the safest, most efficient manner, in compliance with all company policies and procedures.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the plant, directing operations to ensure that safety, quality, environmental, production output, product cost and other plant objectives are achieved.
  • Put in place an effective operational structure and anticipate the talents and skills required to meet future needs and work to develop employees’ capabilities to meet these needs.
  • Drive safe behaviors at all levels of the organization, ensuring plant infrastructure and equipment is maintained to the highest level of safety and work to achieve zero safety incidents, with immediate response and thorough investigations and corrective actions for all hazardous occurrences and accidents.
  • Ensure compliance to all Abbott quality and regulatory policies and procedures, meeting all local statutory requirements and meeting regulatory requirements of countries to which products are shipped.
  • Ensure continued implementation of the Performance Excellence initiative throughout the plant, completing all goals, performance reviews and growth plans as scheduled.
  • Carry out benchmarking exercises for plant operations against industry best practices, with the objective of improving and optimizing plant performance.

任职条件Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in biochemistry or pharmacy related majors.
  • 10 years’ experience in operations positions in a manufacturing environment, 5 years’ experience at a senior operations management situation.
  • Good grasp of manufacturing finance processes.
  • Good human relation skills in dealing with employees at all level; good ability to organize, motivate and develop people.
  • A demonstrated commitment to compliance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
