Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor project operating costs
- Daily/weekly cost tracking
- Fuel, meals, transport, materials, spare parts, tools,
- consumables Compare actual cost with budget or plan
2. Control inventory and materials
- Check stock movement
- Monitor spare parts, tools, lubricants, PPE, consumables
- Coordinate with warehouse/storekeeper
- Prevent overuse, loss, or unnecessary purchase
3. Support purchase and payment documents
- Check supporting documents before sending to head office
- Verify quantity, price, delivery note, invoice, and service confirmation
- But not approve payment by himself/herself
4. Prepare site cost reports
- Daily/weekly/monthly cost summary
- Cost per ROM ton, cost per finished coal ton, fuel consumption, material consumption
- Report abnormal cost or high consumption to Project Manager
5. Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Division
- Submit documents to head office
- Support budget control
- Provide cost data for accounting booking
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and cost control.
- Sound knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Excel, Word.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet reporting deadlines.
