40This role is responsible for the coordination of all activities and events that occur at The Inspiration Center at Tech Town. Proactively manages scheduling, site operations, provides high level technical support, equipment maintenance, ordering, stocking, and needed support services. Serves as the key point of contact for all matters related to this site and any planned meetings and events. The site and events coordinator must be self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision. There must be a key emphasis on customer service skills, proper phone, and email etiquette. Must possess strong attention to detail and willingness to ask for help when necessary. Additionally, a positive and proactive attitude is expected. Must have the ability to move equipment and files that weigh up to 50 pounds as well as ability to bend/kneel frequently while working with equipment. This position must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings to maintain a presence during events. The site and events coordinator will provide assistance and coordination for strategic hospital-wide events and work collaboratively under the direction of the Director of Events and Brand Engagement.

Education
High School diploma required
Associate degree preferred

Experience
1-2 yrs healthcare/IT field required
