Job Description

Audubon is currently seeking a Site Coordinator – Clerk – Timekeeper to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Coordinator – Clerk – Timekeeper manages the efficient flow tracking of manhours onsite, assist with onboarding efforts, and filing package data.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with timekeeping software to input onsite staff and field worker manhours.
  • Be able to troubleshoot hours and adjust hours in proprietary timekeeping systems for incorrect hours of pay. Learn how to use different timesheets software
  • Be meticulous in confirming when an employee has arrived and left the jobsite for the most accurate pay.
  • Learn how to assign Per Diem to workers.
  • Organize new craft requisitions to the correct disciplines onsite as well as provide PPE before heading out to field.
  • Always maintain an organized tracking log of all workers onsite and have a log of manpower curve.
  • Coordinate remaining and bouncing of craft requisitions for when the job has been completed.
  • Have a comfortable understanding on spreadsheets and data management tools.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

  • All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
  • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Must be able to obtain site and Safety training certifications required for the project.
  • Construction safety practices.
  • Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or menu driven applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and general office systems.
  • Occasionally moving, kneeling, crouching, and carrying weights 30 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively.
  • Aptitude in math and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train others on proper work and safety procedures.
  • Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
