The opportunity

We are currently seeking a Site Coordinator/Graduate to coordinate site activities on a new and significant project. In this role you will assist the Project Manager and the site team to manage construction site activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical activities on site
  • Liaise with subcontractors in the planning, construction and completion phases of construction projects
  • Control and issue project documentation
  • Contribute to technical detailing and problem solving
  • Monitor technical implementation, testing and quality control on site
  • Assist in the coordination and management of trades

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management or equivalent trade experience
  • Previous experience in a site based role
  • Understanding of the principles of engineering, construction and architecture
  • Construction White Card & Asbestos Awareness
  • Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
