About the role

Our Site controller position will support the Site of Collonges part of the GBU Silica and will act as business partner with the site management, the GBU and the Finance team. As a Site Controller, you will work on monthly reporting, forecasting, cost controlling, and financial performance analysis. You will get the opportunity to support strategic and operational decision-making.

You will be accountable for:

  • Financial steering of the Site: Budget & Forecast coordination, budget vs actuals monitoring, variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Industrial performance analysis : monthly review of variable costs, plant fixed costs and Excellence savings.
  • Cost accounting & product costing: SAP data reliability, cost structure updates, production variance analysis.
  • Operational support & CAPEX governance: participation in production meetings, BOM/costing alignment, CAPEX monitoring and compliance.
  • Compliance & internal control: application of Group Finance standards, team awareness, risk and opportunity identification.

We offer a permanent contract, based on a hybrid working mode at the Collonges‑au‑Mont‑d’Or industrial site.

About you


Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
Relevant work experience in controlling, ideally 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Competencies

  • Industrial controlling expertise: cost accounting, financial analysis, industrial performance
  • Systems proficiency: SAP, Business Warehouse, advanced Excel; Power BI appreciated
  • Communication & influence: ability to challenge, simplify financial data and collaborate across functions

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 53840 - € 67300 per year in France. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
