Taiwan-FSP-Site Contract and Payment Specialist

As a Site Contract and Payment Specialist (insource to Top 10 pharma), you will support the management of clinical trial sites by assisting with site contract and payment, ensuring compliance with study protocols, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with finance and budgeting representatives for tracking and reporting of negotiations
  • Contract development, approval and maintenance
  • Payments (investigators, vendors and grants)
  • Monitor and track adherence and disclosures
  • Budget closeout
  • Providing ongoing administrative support to other members of the clinical study team, supporting other clinical colleagues in tracking study progress
  • Collaborating with site staff to ensure clinical trials are being run according to the protocol
  • Document management, tracking, electronic filing and review

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
  • Minimum 2 years site contract or payment working expereince in pharma/CRO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
