Job Family Summary: The Facilities job family at Procter & Gamble includes a variety of roles related to the maintenance and management of our physical sites. These roles ensure that our site facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to productive work.

As a member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the execution of strategies within the team and organization. Y our primary focus will be on construction management, alongside ongoing facilities maintenance, ensuring they meet the needs of our staff and align with our company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in executing strategies within the team and organization.

  • Actively participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new construction projects, including the introduction of innovative ideas, techniques, and procedures that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Focus on specific tasks with clearly defined objectives at a local or site level.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that new construction meets design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

  • Engage with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the construction process

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, and report on construction milestones and any issues that arise

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.

  • Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g., decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements related to construction management and facilities operations.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management across residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. On-site management experience is preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination. (project management, and construction management principles)

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Familiarity with contract administration and procurement processes

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD) and MS Office Suite

  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a track record of maintaining safe and compliant construction sites

  • Ability to identify, define, and analyze straightforward problems.

  • Ability to accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision, demonstrating a strong interest in developing skills in construction management and facilities maintenance.
