Veolia is currently seeking an enthusiastic Site Clerk to join our Resource Recovery team here at our Ti Tree facility in Willowbank 4306.
You will be responsible for the operation of the weighbridge for the accurate and timely administration of waste acceptance. Offering excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships with customers and drivers to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.

Operate the weighbridges accepting waste from account customers ensure it is docket correct
Ensure Tracking Forms or Manifests are completed correctly prior to entry to site
Offer excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Undertake administration tasks including answering telephone calls and data entry
Assist with daily driver debriefs
Ability to work under limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
Cert III in Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
Demonstrable experience in learning new systems and administrative processed
Waste industry experience (desirable)
Weighbridge operator experience or similar (desirable)
Sound numeracy, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Mandalay and container shipping experience (desirable)
