We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress. Ensure that site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Monitor construction quality and report any technical issues or deviations. Prepare daily site reports and document project progress. Assist in resolving on-site technical problems and coordinating corrective actions. Use AutoCAD to review drawings and support site coordination. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from AUB or LAU . 2–3 years of relevant work experience in site engineering or construction supervision. Strong interest in site works and hands-on site supervision. Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage site responsibilities.
