About the Role

We are seeking a Site Care Partner to join our team in a Hybrid (Mumbai) capacity. As a Site Care Partner, you will support clinical research activities that advance new treatments for patients. This position plays a key role in study execution, patient safety oversight, regulatory compliance, and clinical data accuracy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow industry-standard processes, and contribute to study operations from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities include providing essential support to clinical research sites, managing study documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and data integrity. With diverse teams and continuous learning opportunities, the Site Care Partner can explore career paths and expand skills across clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities to ensure compliance with protocol requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and organize study documentation, including regulatory files, correspondence, and study records.
  • Assist with patient recruitment, enrollment, and informed consent processes while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Support data collection and verification activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data.
  • Coordinate with site personnel, sponsors, and internal teams to address study-related issues and maintain effective communication.
  • Monitor adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Prepare reports and documentation required for regulatory submissions and study audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the clinical research team.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in site management with prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical research, study operations, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
  • Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic trial master files (eTMF), or electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or certification in clinical research or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with additional clinical research systems or methodologies.
