Tasks and Qualifications:

• AsStrategic Buyer/Site Buyer Indirect Procurement(f/m/d)youare responsible forthe cost and supplyof all Indirect Material and Services within yourassignedlocationsand categories

• Youare responsible forassignedIndirect Procurement spendand its corresponding supplier basefor our locationinHeusenstamm DACH Region

• You process PurchaseRequisitions, starting from verification until converting into Purchase Orders

• You prepare and executeRFP ‘s / RFQ’s, reviewsubmittedquotations,establishprice comparison sheets, present sourcing recommendations, conclude contracts and place purchase orders accordingly

• You define and implementlocalcategory / sub-category strategyfor your assigned locations and align withEMEACategory Procurement team as well as internal stakeholders

• You follow overallIndirect ProcurementSaving and Cost Avoidance targets, benchmark responsible spendfrequently,identifypotential, lead suppliernegotiationsand implement potentials accordingly

• Contract Management,such asensuringtransparencyof allcontracts, reviewing terms and validitiesfrequently, is part of your responsibility

• You continuouslyimproveavailableprocedures andsystems in respect of Indirect Purchasing

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Business Administration or any Procurement related discipline and have already gained relevant professional experience in an Indirect Site Procurement or Category Procurement team inthe automotive (preferred) or any other manufacturing industry

• You are experienced withnegotiations and contract management of international and local suppliersfor goods and services within Indirect Procurement

• Excellentstakeholdermanagement,strong communicationandpresentation skillscharacterize you

• You work highlyanalytically, team oriented, well organized, structured, independentandknow how to set priorities

• TheMS-Office Toolsas well as SAPare familiarto You

• You are fluent in German and English
