Job Description

Our client, a leading Civil & Utilities contractor, is currently seeking a Site Agent to manage the delivery of major NTA infrastructure projects in Lucan, Dublin This role will involve overseeing all site operations, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with project specifications. The preferred candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in civil infrastructure, and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
• Manage site documentation including daily reports and risk assessments.
• Lead site meetings and liaise with stakeholders and local authorities.
• Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support the Project Manager in delivering the project within budget and schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role on civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
