Your Opportunity

We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator (Care & Maintenance) to join our Cosmos Project, located 30km north of Leinster. This is a hands‑on, varied role that plays a vital part in keeping the site operating smoothly and efficiently.

As the first point of contact for the site, you’ll coordinate travel, accommodation and site access for a small workforce while also providing aerodrome and warehousing administration support. This role will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes ownership, and is comfortable stepping in wherever needed to get the job done.

The Site Administrator is critical to site continuity, providing onsite coordination and systems discipline that enables the Care & Maintenance team to operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption. Your efficiency and ability to adapt to changing requirements will play a key role in team culture and effectiveness of this site.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate site rosters, access, travel and accommodation using INX InFlight.
  • Manage flight and aerodrome administration, including bookings, manifests, check‑in and compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for site administration, calls and the shared inbox.
  • Maintain accurate document control, reporting and site communications.
  • Coordinate catering and village services, ensuring kitchens and crib rooms are stocked and compliant.
  • Support warehousing administration, including receipting and goods inward/outward processing.
  • Maintain strong administrative standards and compliance, including office supplies, leave recording and ad‑hoc site support.

What You’ll Bring

You’re someone who enjoys structure, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a role with variety and responsibility. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Cert in Business Administration (desirable not essential).
  • Previous experience in an administrative environment ideally within mining, construction, oil & gas etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Pronto and INX InFlight experience (highly advantageous).
  • Valid ‘C’ class manual drivers’ licence
