Position Summary:

The Site Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to managers and employees to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsible for a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. The Site Administrator must have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

This will be a part time position with maximum 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

· Reception duties

· PO requisition on Syteline

· Order office supplies

· Assistance with employee travel

· Card Activation for new hires / replacement cards

· Meeting Room Co-Ordinator

· Assistance with data required for Visas for travel

· Inductions of New Hires

· Provide general support to visitors

· Continuous Improvement – assistance with site initiatives as well as submitting their own CI ideas

· Receive, sort and distribute mail

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent

· Self-motivated

· Excellent communication skills

· Fluent in English

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent

· 1-3 years in a clerical, data entry, administrative, or other office role highly preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
