We are looking for a Site Administrator to support our operational and commercial teams across a number of sites in the Poole/Ringwood area.
This role is responsible for ensuring site records and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of projects. Working closely with site teams, you will help ensure compliance, organisation, and effective communication across all aspects of project administration.

What you’ll be doing
· Upload, track and manage site records, including safety files, site diaries, risk assessments, RFIs and change control logs.
· Support site teams with maintaining health & safety records, plant and material registers, and subcontractor certifications.
· Ensure project drawings and documentation are accurately controlled and maintained using current version control procedures.
· Assist with weekly and monthly reporting requirements, including KPIs and compliance returns.
· Coordinate PAT testing of Knights Brown equipment and liaise with subcontractors regarding inspections and safety requirements.
· Support site setup activities, including visitor management, site inductions, toolbox talks and maintaining stocks of PPE and consumables.
· Manage incoming communications, emails and site administration enquiries.
· Maintain project documentation within the correct storage locations and in accordance with company procedures.
What we’re looking for
· Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within construction, engineering or a site-based environment.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently whilst supporting a wider project team.
· A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
Desirable:
· Knowledge of project document control processes.

Location & travel
· Based across a number of sites in the Poole area.
· Travel between local project sites may be required.
