Our Mining & Metals group is a leader in future-led end to end mining solutions and delivery of services to our clients. We specialise in delivering comprehensive and tailored solutions for the mining industry. Our team manages and executes large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety and leave a lasting positive legacy in the communities we engage with.

What you’ll do:

Joining us on a 2:1 roster for a 12 month contract, you’ll be joining an established construction project in its execution phase. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a fast paced EPCM environment, supporting our team with mobilisations. Your day to day will include;

  • Perform data entry for invoices, delivery dockets, and debit card receipts.

  • Distribute correspondence and maintain filing systems.

  • Collate, distribute, and file reports in accordance with site procedures.

  • Process site access requests and approvals for employees and contractors.

  • Coordinate mobilisations, including booking flights and accommodation.

  • Work with the camp manager to assist with room allocation and catering for visitors.

  • Maintain site travel and mobilisation documentation and approvals.

  • Organize and control the site office document and drawing library.

  • Assist with auditing of site office systems to ensure compliance.

  • Fulfil responsibilities as outlined in the letter of appointment.

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience with mobilisation of large volumes of contractors.

  • Experience with Rio Tinto Projects would be advantageous.

  • Microsoft Suite intermediate skills, especially with Excel.

  • Inflight System experience (used across various resource companies).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
