WE’RE LOOKING FOR TALENTED PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
Primero is an EPC construction contractor that delivers projects to the mining sector.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Administrator for a key construction project in WA working a 2:1 roster from Perth.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be a pivotal part of large project but based in a small fun team who ensure the project runs smoothly.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• 3 years’ + experience in a Site Administration position
• Previous FIFO experience is a MUST
• Experience booking flights and accommodation
• Previous experience with entry / collation of timesheets is highly advantageous
• High proficiency with Microsoft office (especially Excel) to manage rosters of teams up to 300 + people.
• High level of attention to detail is essential
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work unsupervised
• A team player who prides themselves on going the extra mile and likes to have FUN!
