Job Description

Due to the scale and complexity of works in Dresden, we require a dedicated on‑site Site Administrator to support the project team with day‑to‑day administrative activities. This role is critical to keeping site operations running efficiently. The position will be highly dynamic, requiring a visible on‑site presence to manage labour records, attendance, documentation, and general administrative flow, ensuring the project remains organised, compliant, and moving forward without delay.

Requirements

• Report Directly to Project Manager and Site Leads
• Responsible for receipt of documents issued from Client Doc Controller and uploading to relevant Project Folders on site server
• Ensuring timely distribution of documents and drawings to site personnel
• Organising and tracking site Inductions & access cards for all new starts including set up and access to Time Clocks.
• Managing Annual Leave and Holiday tracker for project staff and trades
• Manage and update changes to Project Org Chart as required.
• Submitting weekly time sheets for all staff and trades to Project Manager for sign off each week.
• Maintain rotation tracker to ensure all staff and trades are aligned with project rotation plan and compliance requirements.
• Competent in MS Excel, Power Point, and MS Word
• Experience in meeting deadlines
• Experience in attending and taking notes at project meetings
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with working in construction sector is an added advantage.
