What’s on offer?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Site Administrator to join our team delivering Sydney Road Asset Performance Contract working closely with Transport for NSW. This role is vital to our project in ensuring we delivering to our client needs as well as being compliant. We will look to you in maintaining accurate record keeping to ensure management have immediate access to relevant records at all times. You will also:

• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, processing orders and preparing invoices;
• Manage various office duties including answering incoming calls, ordering stationery, office equipment supplies, and uniforms and keeping stock records;
• Maintain and organise the repair of all office machines and equipment;
• Effectively maintain all project registers and files;
• Providing general administration support to the project working groups.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Site Administrator preferably having worked in a construction based environment. Your proactive attitude, ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work as part of a team or independently will set you up for success in this role. High attention to detail and a strong work ethic will enable you to efficiently deliver key outcomes for the team.
