We are looking for a Site Activation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful start-up and activation of clinical trial sites, working closely with investigators, research sites, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are launched efficiently and compliantly.

What You'll Do

As a Site Activation Specialist, you will serve as a primary contact for investigative sites and support site activation activities from feasibility through study start-up and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support feasibility assessments, site activation, and maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring a positive and efficient study start-up experience.
• Prepare, review, and manage essential study documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate and track regulatory, ethics, and contractual documentation, including CDAs, questionnaires, Informed Consent Forms (ICFs), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.
• Collaborate closely with Site Activation Managers, Project Managers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to meet study timelines and milestones.
• Monitor document review, approval, execution status, and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project-specific information within internal systems, databases, tracking tools, and study plans.
• Communicate site progress and activation status to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, SOPs, project requirements, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical research, site activation, study start-up, regulatory packages, knowledge and use of DGIPRiS, site activation projection.
• Understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory documentation.
• Fluent Conversational English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
