Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Principal Accountabilities:
• Site Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify potential network sites and lead lease negotiations with landlords and property owners to secure favourable commercial terms.
• Permit & Authority Management: Prepare, submit, and manage all applications with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain the necessary permits for construction.
• Documentation & Contract Management: Prepare and manage all legal and contractual documentation, including lease agreements and permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and local authorities, building strong relationships to facilitate smooth and timely site delivery.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., RF Planning, Implementation) and external vendors to ensure acquired sites meet all technical and project requirements.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on the status of all sites within the assigned portfolio, tracking progress against acquisition targets.
